Thanks, I know in 2009 it was sold with aproximatly 155k on the clock, in 2011 it was mot'd with 9?,000 miles and now has climbed evenly upto 165k,
I've email the original buyer who was miss lead to see if I get a reply

It's probably still in the ownership of "carl01", and he posted in Aug 2012:

Just been to look at it and its had 2 owners in Leeds,
The bloke selling it is an old fashioned sales man who's full of rubbish, and seamed to get a little upset when I told him about the history, needless to say I not buying this one

I think trading standards would be interested to investigate. No doubt it may have the get me out clause sticker on the dash clock saying mileage may not be correct.. D3 TDV6 S MY2005
