Hi Robbie,
I think there may be just enough cable with a bit of fudging - but as I have never broken down one of these plugs before, I feel it may be better to have one as a back up (if I can narrow down the exact fitting) just in case I damage the fitting.
Would you think (or would you know), if the econoseal I linked to above is the correct fitting, if not - would you have an idea on where I could try and locate one?
As for the positive - yes, it does look like the probable culprit.
Kind regards
Jay

No problem, any time
The connector in the above link will not fit
The terminal can be extracted from the connector, and the wire removed from the terminal.
Replace with some fresh wire, refit the rubber seal, and join into the wiring loom
Hi Mikey,
You jumped in too quick before I could finish my replies so I apologise if the delay has caused any offense. You did indeed narrow the focal point down to this area, so my sincere thanks to you for setting me out towards this direction.
Kind regards

Hi Mikey
Do the terminals lock in place, or are they simply held in place with the grommets. Also, do the wires get extracted via tge back?
Thanks again,
Jay

There is a small locking tab, inside the connector that needs released. The wire is then pulled out from the back of the connector My D3 Build Thread

Thanks Mikey
Will now go and see if I can separate the broken connector from the fitting to repair. I assume I need to unlock the tab from behind the grommet?
Do you happen to know what mm2 the wire is for this?

All Righte Then,
The pins do not wish to come out of the EAS Valve Block Connector very easily due to serious corrosion of the wire due to someone testing for a fault previously which allowed water to ingress - so before I end up damaging the plug - would anyone know where I can locate the plug on the end of the wiring loom as a back up.
It is the plug I posted up in the previous posts for reference?
Kind regards

Right, finally separated the corroded wires from the connector, then managed to extend the wire to refit - all working as it should, suspension raises, lowers, raises, lowers and no ping.
However, due to the connector and wiring being messed with before, and the fitting having been held on with a zip strap - I will continue to look for the replacement connector so that I can make a more professional / permanent repair, as I do not like zip straps holding things together, as this is potential for further failures.
But at least the car is not showing the fault any longer
Thanks to everyone who has offered their assistance here, it has been appreciated, any if someone knows the part number for the connector - it would be very well received!
