What's that ?

Does it kill them ?
And how does it keep them off the bonnet ?

use orange

get a couple oranges, cut them in half and leave on the scuttle panel
cats hate citrus

if you use a water pistol and a bit of orange squash...when they go away to like themselves clean they have to taste it and will not go back in a hurry

Turned into a cat of two halves Shocked

Well done.

I've heard that putting citrus peel on the thing you are trying to protect works.... but I don't fancy having to put it on the bonnet and then removing it every time I want to go for a drive, as well as any damage that might be done chemically by it.

I'm probably going to try cat repellent pellets, but I'm still wondering if sonic repellents work. Anyone?

TLO I like the idea of the orange squash spray gun.... might upgrade that to a orange squash power washer. the all new Karcher K5 Cataway.

I think my biggest problem is the Censored come and sit on it at 3am when I'm not likely to be creeping up on them with a spray gun.

While we are on about Cats !

Why is it that they feel obliged to spray up the back bumper of my Mrs car ?
What's the reasoning behind that ?

I assume it's not possible to reverse into the drive ?

I started parking facing the garage just because it was easier plugging the C-tek in with a plug poking out if the grill.
Only then did our two cats start sitting on my Censored bonnet and scratching it and leaving prints all over it.
Then either of the kids would attempt to get them off by scaring them off Shocked which just resulted on the cats doing footspins and scrabbling whilst leaving the bonnet , resulting
In some huge scratches.
Never chase them off if you don't want more damage!!

That prompted me to get a tow plug charging fitting so I could do what I have always done, which was reverse onto the drive , they have not been on the bonnet since.

Just an idea , even if you just try it for a week or so.

Cheers.
Nick.

Electric netting like used to deter foxes from chickens prop it up so it's just over the bonnet so you can park under. One light pir sensor set up to active fencer as cat gets near, It will only do it once ! You will see when as it will take a wide berth around the empty parking space Thumbs Up
