I am assuming this is the 'new disco' that has been talked about for a while
Will be interesting to see how this influences the next 'big' disco...whenever that is Cheers Ian

Bloody hell ! Thats a BIG Freelander
It looks the same size as the RRS ?
I wonder if its the New Jag 4X4 as the alloys look a Jaguar esque to me ? But the lights at the rear look very Evoque ?
I,m not sure i like the new front bumper though that looks a bit Honda CRV ?Only dead fish go with the Flow !
beside a D3 & a RSS ..currently they arent a small carBREXIT - done properly.
Right now ...We need Government - not Politics
Save the Dipstick Flagbearer-keep it simple, less likely to fail campaign-agenda items:Starting Handles, Acetylene Lamps.
Founder: Dipsticks-R-Us Inc
D3 HSE-perfectly formed, passenger friendly...has real DIPSTICK
Jag XK-but sadly no DIPSTICK...HUGE design fault
FL2 has DIPSTICK..."real comfort in rear seats"
VW Golf wondermobile (?)..has real DIPSTICK
Morris Minor..original DIPSTICK technology..and a real KEY.

Those pictures have been kicking about for a while and we saw one driving round when we went on the Gaydon tour.
Has not got the step in the roof so will probably only be small seats in the back not full size ones like current D3/4MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

Either that or they got Ronnie Corbett to test drive it "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...
Locking rear E-diff
RLD spare wheel protector & sump guard
Extended roof rails

D4 Firenze my2012 HSE
D3 Java 2005 SE manual (sold, sadly, thanks for the memories)
1966 '88 Series 2a....still starts in the morning better than I do...
Must say it looked rather large for a Freelander to me.
I do hope it not the new Disco tho as the shape all looks a for too bland.
Would certainly be a bit snug in the 2 back seats compared to current car
Oh & no split tailgate.. where would we sit to put us wellies on Cheers Ian

Maybe the new discovery is the enlarged freelander the 2015 date fits with some early messages that were around a year or so back.
It would help with LR attempt get the whole of the CO2 down tio the required taget for a few years time, we already know it will have a 7 seat option, much like current disco.
Iknow there are to be updates to the tech side of the current discovery for 2015my is says so in the launch blurb for 14my.
Some may be here waiting for a completely new big discovery that will never happen!! New defender is scheduled for 2016/17.
We just have to wait and see.Rodey L

'A seriously desirable car in its own right.' Gerry McGovern, design boss for Land Rover, has said that this car would be 'sexier' and 'more appealing' than before but without taking too much from its Range Rover siblings.
Under the bonnet, the Baby Discovery will use the new range of Hot Fire 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol and diesel engines, which are due to be built at a new engine facility in Wolverhampton.
What a load of utter crap these people talk. Sexier? Really. (1) He's talking about a 4x4 car, and (2) this is Britain. Please.
As for the "Hot Fire" engine, I suppose that's been selected because cold fire was too hard to find...What complete clap trap. PAGODA

Just using the smallest test driver that LR have, with the seat set in the lowest position, to give that illusion? Wouldn't surprise me.

I'm just starting out with photoshop but I am quite proud of my abilities on the ol' PC. Does this help? I have used CGI to help overcome some of the challenges I faced with depth of field, and taken some artistic licence with Ronnie Corbett's flat cap.
