Disco3 is now gone but not forgotten. Waiting for Disco6 with full aluminium construction weight reduction and hybrid engine...

It's all about the drive cycle, that's all the legislators care about, so it's what the manufacturers target.

What's that, opt out of the low box??

I hope they are going to offer the option of ONLY having low range, for all the cars that never leave SW3 Twisted Evil
I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

At least with 2wd we will at least perhaps experience what's it like to be a bmw/audi driver getting stuck in snow/water and being pulled out by Kuga or other 4wd wanabies..... Thumbs Up

Looks at it this way ...if they don't get the co2 emissions down to an average of 95gms\ km across the range by 2020 then there will be no more JLR ...so wake up smell the coffee and get with the programme Wink

Personally I am a convert to electric \ hybrid tech Thumbs Up

I'm shocked they used photo's of a real car in advertising at all Shocked
They're normally all directly generated from CAD files.
