I have a 2007 disco 3, I got it about a year ago to see if it ticks all my boxes, so far so good - and I plan on keeping it a good few years longer!
Its now on 120k and I do about 40k a year, so mileage is never a real negative for me - as within a few years I have normally doubled the mileage of cars.
I keep reading digs at MY2007 discos on here, what is a MY2007? why do they have such a bed rep? what action should I take to help keep mine running another few years at least.

I always assumed my 07 plate disco was an MY2007, but after reading the link above, it appears my chassis number is an 8A, meaning it is an MY2008 right?
