Is this the same app that says it will collect your user data and asks you to agree to it using that data however it likes?

There's two identical apps in the appstore and not sure if it is one and the same.

If it's free because they are data mining and will then sell off information gathered from my phone for spam etc., then I'm keen to keep as far away as possible.
