"Tonka" a 2007 D3 HSE

Well I drove it home today from Oslo, 560 km.

I have to make a trip to the local stealer because

1) The steering is vague, feels loose, I think a ball joint or bushes,

2) The tyres (Pirelli 255/55R19) screech like an american police car chase even on low speeds in roundabouts any ideas

3) I found a loose relay in the back of the car in the panel where the towbar is kept, probably needs to be plugged in the loose socket, but I want a tech to look at it first incase "The space was left intentional blank"

Tonka got new tyres today.

Goodyear Wrangler MTR 255/55R19 - G4 tyres Very Happy

Tonka has had the windows tinted and club stickers NLRK (Norwegian Landrover klubb) og disco3.co.uk

Tonka was very happy with the new tyres..

We had alot of trouble to balance one of the front wheels the balance machine was showing 150g of weight. We found the wheel to be warped, so we swapped it with the spare - has anyone experienced this ?

Well today we did heart surgery,

Tonka got the Ipod connection unit put up by TLO for forum funds, after 1 1/2 hours all fitted and working

As I had the tool box out it was time to mount the sump guard from RLD

Finally got round to doing the Sat Nav upgrade today, thanks Wiggs. Thumbs Up

Mounted the 2" receiver and this is obviously necessary in Scotland today, when the locking rear doesnt give enough traction this cuts in.......

Collected the Roof rack and Sankey in Oslo yesterday.

1100 km in two days, says how good the seats are....

It was cold installing it on the car outside at -26c

And the coldest place was hemsedal at -32c Brrrrrrrr

But the results are good.
