I notice that you have the Frontrunner WindCheetah roofrack. I had the same fitted recently, but the LR "track covers" weren't fitted (as I had helped another LR owner by couriering his roofrack).
Please let me know if the FR tracks are mounted through the "track covers", or not (my D3 looks unfinished with these covers removed).

@Simon,
I don't use the MTR's on ice or Snow, I have Pirelli Scorpion's Ice + Snow "proper" winter tyres.
On another thread I have stated I don't recommend mud tyres for snow & Ice, due to a near miss accident.
The rubber is just to hard for ice/ packed snow to bit on.
The sump guard is made by Ray (RLD on the forum) Pm him and he should be able to sort you out.
-----------------
@peter,
I had LR rails on mine, so I just replaced the LR ones with the FR ones.
On the front we removed a rubber bung, removed the trim, inserted a spacer replaced the trim and bolted down the foot.
I believe on non railed vehicles you just have to line up and drill the trim pieces for the 3 mounting screws.

Norwegian Travel
I am due to move to Norway next week and would obviously like to take my disco with me. Are there any rules regarding import? I am aware that winter tyres are manator for Norwegian cars, is the same true for imports? I have tried buying winter tyres before I move, but the uk is sold out of 19" Scorpians.
Any help greatly appreciated.

I will be very expensive to import a D3 due to the green heads in office.
if you check the Norwegian customs website, they have a calculator to tell you how much dosh they will relieve you off. www.toll.no
Make sure your sitting down with a stiff drink the import duty will make you
You could just take the motor and don't declare it, just make sure you have a green card to cover you.
(but thats very very very naughty)
Also bring a set of rims with you for your winter tyres.
Depending where you are moving to you may want to consider studded tyres

Well we (TFC and me as the tea and Bacon buttieboy and gofor) did alot of work this week.
We did the 3 year service, I now know why TFC sucks out the old engine oil, I got the pleasure of bolting off the sump plates and base pans to drop the oil.
TFC sorted the knackerd compressor bracket, som idiot had jacked the car on it

Sorted after alot of TLC from TFC.

TFC then did his magic and installed the rock sliders / sill protectors. (actually used more as shoe bangers to get rid of excess snow in the winter months.

Next was the raised air intake, the top bracket was supplied bent the wrong way, so TFC worked his magic again - sorted.

We then started on the winch using uncle Ray's hidden mount we mounted the TDS from Goodwinch.
Its a tight fit, but the freespool lever could not be operated, but thats not a problem we just power out.

There's alot more work involved then I tought.
After mounting the solenoids and Albright isolater it was looking good.
The A-bar went on and the Land rover spots went on.
Looking good.
