| Will the 2011 RRS alloys fit a Disco 3? |

Hi Guys
Anybody know if the new 15 spoke RRS alloys will fit a discovery? they look to be the same size as stormers, tried to find out load weighting etc from the web but not located anything yet on this.

Thanks, there are issues with the tyres (106) so I know they need changing, but more concerned with the alloys if they will take the weight (if you know what I mean)

whats the offset, do you know, as the latest 2011 FFRR alloys wont go on a D3, as the offset is higher, therfore the alloy fouls the front brake caliper.
OK with spacers fitted.

RRS wheels will normally fit the equivalent D3 BUT RRS wheels have a lower load rating (normally about 15kg less) so may not be legal on a D3.
For reference RRS 18s are rated at 940kg and the D3 version is about 950/960kg.

Earlier RRS alloys are rated at 900kg, as are most stormers, I've had both on my D3's without an issue, and yes, the insurere is informed and I pay a bit extra for the privilidge.
I mentioned the FFRR and its latest wheel offset, as I wasn't sure the latest RRS hadnt moved to the same hub as the FF.

My 18s which are the earlier type have a load limit of 940kgs cast into them.
