a way to change color of cruise control information light?

Is there any way to change from the Orange Cruise Control light to a Green one? Orange is a warning color so to have that in front of your face all the time will probably mean you ignore any real warning....
Did anyone come across a fix / enhancement?

Thanks for any advice

Nikolaus

Surely it's warning you that you are in Cruise Control mode ....no? Confused I would think the only way to change it is by removing the display binnacle and changing the led \ lamp unit.

As above Rolling Eyes

If you want it to stay green don't use it !
I think the whole idea of it turning Amber means that you are using it !

Or am i missing something

It's easy: Get a D4 - cruise control LED is green there. Whistle

Adapting the fact that yellow & blue makes green, find a complementary colour transparent tape to stick over the orange indicator.
