Nice one Ray, have added that link and Wiggs build project link to the Sankey Trailer Porn thread.
You are planning putting the world's largest mudflaps on your car aren't you Wiggs? I nearly buried my Sankey in less than a mile offroad at the weekend.I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

That is a mean and impressive project you have. I saw the pics in the gallery before your post and thought to myself that the angles on those tapered sections from the fridge box to the main body would be a mare to get the correct angles for the sides, front and roof and to remain neat
I note that you are using deafener spats for the wheel arches...would you not get a more uniform effect by using some cut down front D3 ones, especially as you have the 19s with MTRs to match the D3.
I reckon that there are probably smaller caravans out there somewhere Captain Nick Medhurst would ask:

Cheers Dave
Yeh the angles were a nightmare ...i was going to scrap the idea and leave it square ...but i needed the taper for a bit of aerodynamics
I ended up putting the middle bars in ( taper bit at the side ) ...as i just couldnt do the angles in one go . If i need to make a full size door on the side ..i can cut them out as they have served there purpose .
Intersting idea with the D3 arch ...i only went with defender arch as that seems to be the norm . I will have to pull one off the G4 and measure up G4 Gone ...but not forgotten
