Adrian, Nearly all the various aluminium grades will oxidise in time due to the amount of zink/copper added. However, a 5000 series aluminium (5083) is a marine grade alloy and will not oxidise. I could let you have enough to do the roof but the thinnest gauge we make is 5mm which would be too heavy for the trailer, but it does have good insulation properties and would help to keep it cool inside. I do have contacts who produce the thinner gauge stuff if you want me to sort out some names for you.

Could you not have some sort of double skin arrangement to provide an air-gap (sealed area) to stop the heat?
Has to be white in the main I would have thought for best reflection - are you after function or appearance?!
(if its looks, get a full side graphic airbrushed on like Smokey and the Bandit )

Stick with ali wiggs, bit more on the classy side. Will the sink have a waste disposal unit in it, you not being a cook or turn the sinktop round and form a work surface.
