Detachable towbar to ball and pin hitch

Apologies if this is a stupid question but I'm not understanding how best to fit a ball and pin hitch, when I currently have the removeable ball hitch?

I can't see what the ball and pin hitch would attach to, unless some extra bracketry is required?

I need the pin hitch for towing an old bowser off road. Thanks in advance for someone shedding the light!

The fixed towbar has the standard two bolt holes that permit fitting various traditional hitches. There is also a Land Rover hitch available for the Austrailian and USofA markets that fits into same slot as the removable ball. It has a 2" square hole to accept the many overseas hitches.

Ok thank you, so I'm right in thinking I can't get from my removeable hitch pictured here:

to a standard ball and pin hitch with the two bolt holes:

then obviously will need to find a ball and pin hitch that fits that, maybe something like this:

but with a pin, if it exists? Feels like it all might get a bit rickety....!

I use the 2" square plug-in attachment as it is easy to fit in place of the removable ball. Into it goes a vertical square plate with three heights of pairs of holes. Just a case of finding one of those on Internet. I also can plug in a demountable winch, or a bike rack.

Great understood. The alternative I guess would be to get the Witter kit or similar:

Which again would allow for normal fitment of a standard hitch. Appreciate the input, thank you!
