I may have issues with the PCM in my D3 Auto 05. If I get a replacement PCM will it work or do I need to code it to the vehicle somehow. I have an IID tool. [/quote]

Almost every module in the vehicle requires coding before they will work.

You can not do it with the IID tool, you need the old PCM cloned and then written back to the new PCM.
