Jobs done today - get the locking wheel nuts off and replace with normal wheel nuts! Didn't fancy paying £150+vat for a new set.

These are the codes that are being thrown up now.

U0121-00
Lost Communication with ABS control module
P1935-00
Brake switch/sensor signal - New switch ordered.

RLM
U0122-87
Lost communication with vehicle dynamics control module
U0416-86
Invalid data received from vehicle dynamics control module
C1A20-64
Pressure increases too slow when filling reservoir - pump rebuild kit??

You might need to take another look at the wiring harness plug connections as the new codes refer to poor connectivity! Also, did you put back the earth strap correctly?

The brake light switch might solve some or all of the other faults, but you'll know that when it's fitted.
The RLM is likely a drier rebuild, or worse case a leak somewhere (reservoir for example).
Bib78 refers to the the AC system pressure (re-gas needed) not the coolant. The sensor in the coolant reservoir is likely faulty which is why you are getting the dash warning if the level is correct.

So, I got back under the car this weekend and checked all the connections - removed, cleaned with electrical cleaner and plugged back in.

No change. Still have all the error codes. Censored !!

Next, battery out and disconnected the tccm module, a small amount of oxidisation but nothing to be concerned about. Again, removed, cleaned and plugged back in.

No change. Still have all the error codes. Censored x 2!!

I'm thinking I've either pinched or trapped the wiring somewhere. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the that section of the loom?

I REALLY don't want to pull the gearbox out again if I don't have to. Confused

Good News!
The new brake switch is fitted and seems to have cleared some of the other faults. Wink
