Sunroof not opening

Hi all,

Bought a disco 3 with a sunroof the front one doesn't open when I operate the switch.

The power to the middle light in the front and back are there however I changed the bulbs to the reading lights they still don't work, could this be related?

I've tried the recalibration I haven't tried a hard reset as I've never had any luck with that.

Any help would be appreciated,

have you tried the fuse and relay? those would be a simple fix

also check its not been siliconed in place, people sometimes do this to cure water leaks Discovery 3 - Black SE with HSE upgrade

I've tried the fuse and nothing, that worked surprisingly for my Nav Reader even though everything else worked.

How would I replace the relay and where is it?

Also, one side I can push up with my hand and the other I cannot, my side feels loose. So I don't believe it's been silicone in place I'll check again however when I operate the switch no noise is made from the motor and nothing clicks as you would expect to hear.

There's a reset procedure for the sunroof if power is disrupted for instance the battery is disconnected or fails?

Its in the Drivers Handbook and probably on the search engine on here?

Yeah It hasn't worked since purchase I tried the 20 second even tried :/

Sunroof seems to be loose on driver side as it bangs ine very bump and door shutting but nit the passenger side, that can't be pushed up even when I try.
