we had 16 vans in our park and ride last week...sadly they dont help themselves ref rubbish...antisocial stuff..and apparently they can get cash at the scrapper.....written into the law...the rest of us have to have bank debit......AND THERE NORMALLY THE ONES NICKING ALL THE SCRAP

Surprised none of them knocked on the door to give a quote to tarmac the long driveway
Plus would have been interesting if Phillip had still been alive, can imagine him going out there with a shot gun along with a few royal guards behind him , “ to the tower with them”

Ur right , they don’t do themselves any favours , always hear in the papers when they’ve parked up that area then suffers with a massive increase of thefts, ripping people off doing driveways etc
Then as u also say ref the rubbish left behind , one law for us and another for them
Wonder if the government allocated more sites for them if that would reduce parking where they shouldn’t

had a few pull up in a car park in a rural science park near us .........they didnt stay long once they realised they were right next to a major German corporations chemical and technical research faciity.

That's the thing about them. If they just turned up, camped there for a few weeks and then left, leaving no rubbish behind and having not caused a mini crime spike, they'd be welcome in a lot more places. But they leave rubbish and junk when they leave, cause damage, and often go around stealing from the locals. And then they complain that people don't like them.
As for being given more places to stay, would the Government be nice enough to also give me more places to stay. I quite fancy a holiday cottage on the coast, for example. Visiting from rrsport.co.uk
