Mike, Above still applies although I'm somewhat further away now... this one was working perfectly as it came off my 2015 D4 I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!

I have one but its 70 miles away and I wont be near there for at least 2 weeks
You are welcome to have it free of charge if you can wait that long
It was removed from my Scrap 2006 SE and was working when I removed it, its been dry stored since then.

Reminds me must clear out the remains of whats left, next time I have a minute

Thank you both; Nige has just posted me a non-offending version of the item, so hopefully all will be properly well at last. Oh, and the eBay seller of the "genuine" version has just given me a refund.

Could be worse then.

Huge thanks to Nige for the brown box that arrived today. Suitably armed, I went through the removal procedure for the fifth time... and look what I found when I lifted out the airbag:







Absolutely no sign of any crimping on the wire termination - very shoddy indeed, particularly for a "Genuine" part.

The final readings (I hope):



Much better. Last time please!
