I managed to go out for a spin after calibrating the steering sensor and is better than it was but still kicked in occasionally on tight(ish) left hand bends.

Searching the internet it looks like the only places locally that advertise Hunter 4 wheel alignment is kwik fit and VW dealership. Others are at least and hour away.

Maybe have to wait until I am heading somewhere close to a garage that does it and book it in for another alignment job. Just need to ensure they can enable TTM.

What tyres do you have and what's the tread like?

I know we all tend to be wary of Kwik Fit but at least one of their places near me is getting good ratings for 4 wheel alignment.

No idea what they charge though.

You calibrated the steering sensor but can you check the steering angle with your diagnostics? There is a problem where the sensor moves inside it holder and has to be glued in place.

With your steering straight ahead the angle should read zero, if you go lock to lock and then back to the centre position it should show zero again if you get different readings every time it could be the sensor

255/60r18 general grabber gt with 6mm tread on each tyre. They are all equally worn and no real discrepancy between them.
