Never G, always appreciative of the pointers!

Did you use the dinitrol rust converter/primer first, or was your dremmel job so thorough you could go straight to the paint?

Ta,

Many thks, would just be mortified if it ever came across like that

To be honest in some areas it was just surface rust that soon came off with wire wheel, scraper etc so just used dinotrol straight on

Did however spend a lot of time ensuring everything was cleaned off the best I could and there wasn’t any loose bits etc

Oh and did use some fertan spray on rust convertor for around the towing sockets, lasts around 6 x months before the top coat is req to be applied

If it helps Used the following

For inside of the chassis

https://www.dinitroldirect.com/dinitrol-ml-cavity-wax/, used around 4-5 x litres , wanted to ensure everything was covered

Underbody including in the cavities of the body shell and outside of the chassis , behind wheel arches etc

https://www.dinitroldirect.com/product/din...g-chassis/

Just found some more pics , got an adaptor and some other lances for the karcher pressure washer to get inside some areas , then used the plastic pipe Lance for injecting the paint , bought a small pre made Lance then cut the ends off and fitted them to the black plastic pipe as I just wanted the fittings

Hope it helps Thumbs Up

Can you easily get to the whole chassis ?

I want to do mine but not sure how to get to hard to reach areas like around the rear diff and on top of the chassis.

With patience you can certainly get to most of it. The goal is to focus on the areas most likely to suffer corrosion and you can cover the majority with relative ease. There are numerous holes in the chassis to make cleaning and spraying easy. Add a couple of longer wands and a compressor and you've got it covered.
