How many miles? The pumps do wear, and a new pump gives pressure much quicker
I do not agree that the pump influences, I have changed the pump with my second timing belt, change made, a FoMoCo LR original, in an official LR dealer of course, and I can attest that there has been no change in the delay of the witness of oil, it continues as it has always done from new!!! already with 315,000 km now, it is a 6A, occasionally with a second bonngggg, and that is not something new either, sometimes when the oil change approaches, perhaps because the level is closer to the medium level, no Although I never need to fill!! I think that the delay is typical of this engine, the position of the filter tends to make the system drop and tend to lag
New pump will produce better pressure for sure. You may have worn tensioners /stretched chains or both, and no amount of oil pressure will cure that!!yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

I don't know, what I know is that the car, in terms of starting, has always been the same, since new, and the new pump, put only as a prevention in the second change of timing belt, has not changed anything in absolute terms. at startup. I'm not complaining, I only testify.

in a circumstantial second cold start, the warning light always goes out instantly, so I think the system has a tendency to discharge due to its own configuration.

No, it's normal behaviour. The light will extinguish faster on a cold engine than it would on a hot engine, if the hot engine is left to drain the oil back to the dump for long enough.
It's the viscosity change due to the oil temperature that primarily causes this difference. Though time is a factor also affecting "drain back" to the sump.yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ
