Dear all
Had engine failure notice a few times and thought I would share my experience.
1st time - 4 years ago at very high altitude going though northern Spain with the car fully loaded (holiday baggage for 6 + 4 people)
2nd time - 2 years ago in Spain at high altitude on a long climb up a hill, again with the car fully loaded.
3rd time - Today heading to Calais going over rolling hills back to the Eurotunnel at 90mph with the car fully loaded. Now have a IIDTool and saw error code P132B-00 (2C).
Each time it was fixed by stopping and restarting the engine.
Interesting thing is today I was getting a loud trapping noise starting at 2000 rpm which stopped suddenly 3500 rpm. Was wondering is this were the variable vaines on the turbo. But after the engine fault warning and restart the engine the tapping seems to disappear.
