average fuel consumption

Sweden 2013 Discovery 4 3.0 SDV6 HSE Auto Java BlackDiscovery 4
average fuel consumption

Usually I get around 14,5 l/100kms on the on board computer.
A few times when having refueled I get 10.7 l/100kms.

How come that the consumption suddenly drops. Could there be something loose somewhere?

but I believe this also shows in real consumption when at the pump

Binding brakes is always worth checking. Hot wheels being the obvious signs - just take care when checking!! Mark.
