Where is the Player?
Evening.
So, Just found out, no Sat Nav manual in LR leather wallet!!!
I've got an update disc for the satnav, can't find the player to change the disc.
It's there somewhere cos the satnav works perfect, thought it might be under the passenger seat, ive moved it as far forwards as it will go and there is a 'box' under there. So i moved it as far back as it will go but looks like there is a panel attached to the front preventing access from the front.
Am i in the right area?
Thanks all. "I'd like to agree with you.....but then we'd both be wrong!
Yes. Front. Mine (2008) has no panel to the seat so it's easy.____

Pictures speak a thousand words....
This what i see at the front.... this moves with the seat preventing access from the front:
This is the box i see from the rear:
Its obviously accessible from the front, but can't see how to remove that front panel thingy.. "I'd like to agree with you.....but then we'd both be wrong!

You don't have to remove the 'front panel thingy'. Just alter the seat height.

I have that plastic and a fire extinguisher in the way but the disc went in/out ok. Maybe a leap of faith when hitting the eject button?

Raise the seat and move it as far forward as it will go.
If you kneel down by the cill you should be able to reach under that panel and there's enough room to see it and eject the disc. There are two controls, a sliding lock/unlock control and a press to eject button.Arthur.
