Clock
My wife and I both agree the traditional clock in the new D4 looks out of place? The rest of the car seems amazing so far (4 days old) Are we alone in wishing it was different?

I love a proper clock, I am into watches have omega tag brietling all are analogue, hate digital time.
the Discovery clock is a loved feature, hope it will be in my 2017 when my reservation turns into an order.

D4 clock soooo much better than the minuscule thing that was on the CD display in the D3 (never did clock on dash upgrade) mentioned it to the dealer when I collected the car and he said it was one of the most complained about items on the D3 so LR went for a more traditional look, same as RR for the D4.I started off with nothing and Ive still got most of it left.

That makes sense buddy thank you, now I understand why they did it.
I've never had a D3 and the car it replaced was an Evoque and the digital clock was in the sat nav screen iirc and repeated on the dash. I have another disco a D2 and that has a digital job in the dash, we just felt it looked completely out of place in a modern stylish interior that's all.

In fairness, the d4 has the analogue clock and 2 digital clocks - i think the analogue clock is most practical day to dayMike

I really like having an analogue clock, although my only complaint with it is I find it too low down so don't tend to look at it whilst driving.Andy

It appears I am in the minority (no change there) I wasn't saying that I prefer a digital clock to an analogue one at all just simply the analogue one in the D4 is awful. Just stuck in the middle of the dash and very old fashioned and seems out of place. To be fair the rest of the interior is stunning so I'm not complaining it was just an observation that both swmbo and I came to, thanks for the comments

Don't worry. It's a valid opinion and it's good you both agree. We won't be lighting the torches and coming around with pitchforks.
