storing the towbar
Does anyone have a clear picture of how to stow the towbar on a '10 Disco 7 seater?
What it shows in the book appears to be a purpose built cradle with a bungy strap behind the lh panel. When I remove it all I see is a mass of wires and a cavern.

They sell 2nd hand for around £50 so i wouldn't be tempted - I just cover with bubble wrap and some cardboard for it to sit in Stolen - D4 Loire Blue

I got one and fitted it easy to do, instructions are on the site.
Not a great pic but roughly shows the location and position.Now with: Tow bar & storage, Xenon's, Remote Timed Climate, Mood Lighting, Cubby Fridge, DRL's & Mud Flaps
Accessories: Rubber Mats, Spare Wheel Cover, LR Tyre Pressure Gauge, Warning Triangle, LED's throughout & Leather Gear Selector Top

Tow bar replacement by dealer

I have just had my 2010 Disco 4 tow bar replaced by the dealer, who happened to mention it when he saw it on my car going in for service, only because I leave mine attached all the time to fend off idiot parkers.
My car did not come with a tow bar, I just bought the single hook detachable hitch on E-Bay, you will know if you have the upgraded bar because the new fitting is a lot bigger and comes with an adjustable height plate and two braces each side of the hitch (I shudder to think how much this would have cost to buy).
