C1A35-01 reservoir valve UPDATED

afternoon fellow landrover owners, hope were all having a good christmas break
have a quick question needing some expert help, have searched but came up blank here and google so here goes

have not used disco for 6 days swmbo used it this morning and gave it back to me with amber suspension fault, have scanned and come up with C1A35-01 reservoir valve tried to clear came straight back (instant) anyone that could point me in the right direction i would be most grateful

car did go down to -40mm from std height whilst standing on drive but went down even as ive been measuring it just out of intrest, suspension has worked perfect up to now car seems to go up/down ok and swmbo said it went straight up this morning when started and drove fine, amber light came on after she stoped somewhere for an hour or so

comp seems to be working ok it was new about a year ago so if anyone can help i would be most grateful thanks oh car was on bat conditioner whilst not beign used and new exide batt a month ago (new i should have used it not left it sitting lol)

update:- suspension is working fully but raising very slow,i've done some research regarding this and i think the valve in the reservoir valve block is not working thus making the compressor do all the work (live value shows 0% whatever i do with the toggle switch) with out reservoir back up to help lift the car, does anyone have any info on electrical testing to see if the valve is getting power to open it also does anyone have the correct info for reconecting the voss fittings if i fit a new valve block any help gratefully recieved thanks[/b]
 please excuse any grammer/punctuation mistakes,i'm thick,thankyou

Wiring runs down the N/S/F wheelarch, very common for breaking/corroding in that area Thumbs Up

thanks for the reply d-m,
have had the valve down today examined (and hit with hammer lol) cant see anything wrong, checked wiring under nsf wheel liner all looks good and clean with no broken wires didnt do any testing as dont know what power should be coming down to the res valve, problem still the same
do you know if these valves just fail as it seems to me that there is no air being put into the reservoir to assist with lift leaving the compressor to pump it up (slowly)
everything else seems to be working as it should

i'm happy to just fit a new reservoir valve assy as thats what my iid tool says is at fault but i'm a bit unsure how the voss conectors work and i dont want to start the job not knowing how to refit the pipes in the new valve assy, got any pointers thanks for you help
 please excuse any grammer/punctuation mistakes,i'm thick,thankyou
