Reverse Dip Mirror

How much movement should I see in the passenger mirror when I select reverse?

Had my car in the dealers this week for recall and a few issues one of which I felt was the lack of movement in the passenger mirror when reverse is selected. Drivers side mirror moves significantly.
When I picked the car up they said they had rest the reverse function and it was working as it should. It still doesn't move alot now in fact if you blink you miss it!!

On my D3 the amount it dips can be programed in memory, assume D4 the same . Select reverse and adjust each mirror for correct dip position then save to Seat memory for your key. Back in drive and they revert to normal position and when in reverse again they should then dip to your pre-set position.
