It's not for me but a single parent looking to go camping with her 4yo boy, so looking for something lightweight, easy up/down and a bit of a porch area would be bonus!

I have an Omega 350. Its not a pop-up as such, but its dead easy to pitch, and has a fairly large porch area, and easier to put down than a pop-up.

This is mine. Feel free to try and pronounce the name Quechua
It's from Decathlon and it is a quality bit of kit I think.
As Gareth said the Up is a lot easier than the Down. There is a video on there web site which I would recommend watching a few times. Not sure this model is still available but I think they still do the next size up. Either way they do a lot of pop ups.

I know what you mean. Had to pitch down a pop up at the classic Le Mans last year...chuffin nightmare. Needed a beer or two after that!!!

As Andy recommends, Quechua is the one to go for.
I did a lot of looking around after seeing Andy's tent and if I could get my wife to go camping, this is the one I'd get.
Loads of sleeping space with loads of living space.
I've bought this one http://www.decathlon.co.uk/2-seconds-xl-ai...44775.html from Decathlon for my impending trip to Poland. Just me and my eldest daughter so has lots of room for the overnight bag etc and space in the porch for the brew kit Mark.

We have a 3 man Quechua 2".
It's a great bit of kit and yes, the first few times you try to put it away it's a tad frustrating but perseverance paid off and I can pack it away in about 45 minutes now www.ratsnruins.co.uk
