For anyone with a Prospeed rack
Hi Guys,
My Prospeed rack is about 5 years old now and still looks the business but the front wind deflector is starting to look decidedly faded and letting the whole thing down a little bit.
Has anyone had a go at rejuvenating the deflector and got good results? I was just going to go the easy route and cover it in black plastidip but that's not really fixing the problem and If I don't like that and have to peel it all off I'll just be back at square one.
Many thanks in advance!

You could get the front wrapped in a colour of your choice

Thanks Ben,
Please don't think I was having a dig in any way at the product. It's still absolutely the best rack out there, no doubt. In fact I was stood by the car in a car park the other week and a defender owner came over and said "F*** me look at the quality of the welds on that roofrack, it must have cost you a fortune"
Will give it a bit of T-Cut at the weekend and let you gents know how it goes.

No problem, it's great to hear such praise I'm glad you're pleased with it.

Ok I couldn't wait and while working from home Today I popped out to the garage to see if I had any T-Cut.
I didn't but had some G3 Scratch remover.
Did the half of the deflector I can reach from the passenger side and it looks almost new again - why on earth hadn't I thought of that before!?
Going to get the rest done over the weekend and put some wax on too.
Anyone with a Prospeed rack should give it a go - forgot how perfect and shiny it should have looked! Thanks Ben.
