Seat belt buckle replacement

My 2nd row seat belt buckle spring went a couple of years ago - now the buckle is completely knackered if you lower the seat down on it as it sticks out it has taken some abuse.

Is it easy to replace and does anybody know the part number?

It's the off side right hand buckle

Also is it easy to fit?
