hi,
I have some Arnotts that I am going to install.
Does not look too difficult, I hope.
Few questions.
1. Are new voss fittings recommended?
2. I have the Gap tool, if I bleed the front struts using it, then put it in build mode should be safe, or should I still disconnect battery?
3. Bottom strut bolt, new one?
Any other tips are appreciated.

VOSS fittings should be included with the new strut
IIRC, the IID has a Deflate option for Front and/or rear. The Re-enable function will clear the red light and get the suspension working again
Bottom bolts tend to give very little grief

Thanks,
So the bolts should be able to be cleaned and used again?
Also, the IID tool has an option to restore factory settings I believe.
Would that just apply to the EAS? I did flash the ECUs for the clock, 3 blink, headlights.
Will those go to default settings?
Is there a default center hub to wheel well height?
Thanks
Steve

There is a specific option to re-enable the EAS. This will just make the air suspension "come to life" after you've deflated it all.

Just remember I had my lower control arms replaced, bottom strut bolts should come off easy
