You've been playing with the height calibration haven't you.....

Do the calibration again and re-measure and adjust to the correct values.

Id thinks you're beached, so raises the suspension to extended mode.

Push the suspension height button down to road height. Is it that simple? 8)

I had the same message come up on mine after it had been jacked up.
I just lowered it with the rocker switch and it was back to normal Thumbs Up

Not impressed by getting similar messages today as I was creeping through a multi-storey car park which usually has about one inch of clearance, despite it supposedly being locked at access height. Whistle

Is there a particular fault that can cause this message to come up?

I'm getting an array of (mixed) suspension faults on my 08 RRS
-SUSPENSION FAULT (height not available)
-SUSPENSION FAULT MAX SPEED 30MPH (if I keep driving after the first fault message)
-SPECIAL PROGRAMS OFF (if I keep driving after the 30MPH message)

Then the extended mode message above appeared quite randomly one day when I turned the car on. I just drove off and it returned to normal.

I don't have a diagnostic tool yet, but am looking for one that suits me.

Hi Bodsy,

I check only live height value I never touch adjustment. I saw this message only parking hill position.

I had a similar array of faults recently, which turned out to be damaged wiring to the front two height sensors. I had all four replaced and the suspension recalibrated, and all has been well since.

I also had the isolated fault shown in the OP, which was cured by fitting a new drier to the suspension compressor. Unfortunately though, it seems that these sorts of fault reports are common to a number of different physical failures.

once you have the left calibrated to the right (or right calibrated to the left) then you need the front height at 466mm and the rear height at 485mm.

Once you have calibrated, make sure you drive the car forwards, then backwards before re-measuring for the correct height setting.

Adjust at Standard height.
The IID instructions say the suspension moves as soon as you input the data as long as its over 10mm increments.
