Only one electric window will work.

Hi All

I have a situation where the front passenger window is the only one that will work.
The drivers door makes a 2 second wirring noise when you try to put its window down.
The other two are silent when you attempt operate them.
I have also noticed the drivers side indicator lamp on the RHS fender is permanently on.

Any ideas?
