Some cheap easy mods like LED interior lights as the standard are a bit dull, get the grille replaced and paint the side vent to match and in time a set of zeons.
Nice car you done well

Cheers everyone.
I'm pretty happy with look at the moment.
I'm sure in time I'll be more inclined to make cosmetic changes. But for now I want it running the best it can, then for some practical mods like egr blanking, forward and reverse cameras etc...
Hi Jack,
Great choice of discovery. Mine is a 2005 SE Tonga green manual model. Brought it for £17000 exactly five years ago. It only had 17000 miles on the clock. Now has 56000. Been over Europe without a hitch.
I did upgrade the rear lights to LED a few years ago. Really look good. Next mod will be the grill!
Best car I've owned. Enjoy it!
Regards Jamie.

Tut tut this is a family forum.Displaced Yorkshireman.

SDV6 Auto obviously, Loire blue/Ebony, ugly kid glass, RLD wheel protector, private plate and maybe side steps.
But if it's the fuel pump or fuel lines, that doesn't help you. A new pump is about £60, clearing the lines free.
It could be a free fix if just locked out - pull the fuse as details in the link above.
If you want to diagnose it further - less than a tenner gives you diagnostics - details in link above.
If it needs a service and you can do it yourself - that's free. Guide in link above.

So I've booked it into MM4x4 for the belts, full service, health check, check and clean sunroof drains, and EGR blanking.
Anything else that would be a good idea to get them to do while its in?
