Flo-flex Poly Bushes
Just wondering if anyone has any experience using Flo-Flex poly bushes on their D3.
I run them on my D1 and have been very happy but understand from previous threads poly bushes on a D3 can be troublesome.

I believe if you a search on the net on D3 that have been fitted poly bushes had issues with air suspension as the poly bush was unable to flex enough for the articulation. Advance Factors who are site sponsors do the Super Pro poly bush which is designed to flex.
I am sure one of the members will be along with some more info on poly bush fitment.

I ran flo flex on my 1993 90 and was pretty annoyed when after approx 2/3 years the ones in the front radius arms wore out, stripped it down to find they in fact had not worn out but settled allowing the axle to tilt rearwards losing the self centering ability, new std rubber bushes and its all sorted.
The flo flex bushes when removed looked just fine, but you could see the marks where they ran most of the time on the radius arms, they did in their defence flex just fine when off road.

I thought about going down the Poly bush route but after lots of reading decided standard would be best.
I fitted these.
