OK, it was just an idea. good luck in your search. 2005, TDV6 S, Auto, 190k miles, owned from new, V8 Brake Upgrade, Nancom Evo, RLD protector, BAS EGR blanking & Remap, separate ATF cooler, changing all the fluids ahead of time.

Check both multiplugs on the rear of the cjb as it's easy to dislodge one of them when refitting, or even not latch it correctly so the lever action of the plug lever does not pull the plug into the connector.

You were spot on, one of the rear plugs was a little loose.
