DAB Antenna
Guys
Anyone know where a factory fit DAB antenna is fitted, is it in a shark fin or on the rear quarter glass?

OK, so i've had my question answered by wiggs on text, its in the shark fin, thanks mate
Next, does anyone know if the antenna LR014110 will fit in the same shark fin cut out on an old D3 2005MY that has a PTI shark fin, obviously no longer in use or needed

Really? That's not what it says in the workshop manual it clearly states that it is in one of the rear quarter windows
Adrian is much more knowledgeable than me about these things though

Can you post a pic of said manual? And yes Adrian is very knowledgable hence me texting him prior to posting but thought i'd ask generally too!

Haven't got access to it right now but there is a recent post somewhere with a picture of the amplifiers in the headlining above the rear quarter window and you can clearly see the wire from the middle one connected to the glass. Its also gives the connector number and on the wiring diagram it states it as DAB amplifier.
As I said though Ade is far more knowledgeable than I am so maybe I got it wrong. I'll have a look later.
