I converted it to a PDF and got OS X to print it - first time, no wobbles and OS X didn't even have the printer connected at the time - it found it in the print dialog box via bonjour then simply worked.MY15 DIY Black Pack (Better than factory and half the price!)

According to the Apple forums its Samsung who have bought these phones, bent them a then gone to the press DS3 TDV6 HSE - Silver with Alpaca (old one) Gone
