Cut and chisel the spinning head off, this is a hard material so ensure you gave good kit, then underneath you'll see the actual nut, drive a slightly undersized socket on it or use a stud extractor nut if you have a set, once removed replace it and the other 3 with standard nuts Altox GSM FBH controller thread

As beanie says but others will be the same they are pants. I got some new ones 18 months ago and the same happened.

I've used the set below on two locking wheel nuts that have done this, cracked the cap off with a flat chisel (both times I could see a crack in the cap)
I have the full set of 10, can't remember which size I use.26 and on the 4th LR..
