I'd rather do my second set properly too.....but gave them a good scuffing in Cumbria the last time out,and sadly I think the Plastidip route will make more sense for running repairs "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...

Yes it was my old HSE rims ..held up well tbh. The new rims from Ken are done very nicely though 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

Looks great.
Please inform of us noise and mpg etc with the Duratracs when you've done some miles.

Trip to Wales and back with varied use is holding around 29 mpg ...thats down by 2-2.5 mpg ...happy to live with that. Great tyre on and off road 8) 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

Do you believe these are a viable option to use all year round? Wranglers will be needing replacing soon. Just done a summer road trip to Poland and can see a winter trip on the not too far horizon!

Well they have sipes ...they hold corners much further than MTR's in the wet ...I don't plan on taking them off for winter 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021
