Is there any chance to remap a Swiss D3 without coming to England?

If the stealers read this thread could it affect your warranty if they see you have been chipped would take a bit of dectective work on there part but possible.

most dealers are OK with it - and the tune is 'transparent' to dealer diagnostics, although a roadtest will show it is 'special' if the driver is the least bit enthusiastic about his job...

cost of Turbo chipping?
Any ideas how much turbo-chipping costs?
Also someone here mentioned it invalidating a uk warranty?
V. interested but these two things are holding me back from doing it

Circa £500 mark....
They've got to prove it's been t/c'd for it to invalidate your warranty and as far as im aware it's transparent to the dealer when they plug there kit in, in the workshop....
I'm sure TFC will be back from France on Tuesday (probably with a mother of a hangover 8) ) and either confirm or poo-poo my comments

With the Swiss Company we have a problem: all the vehicles "chipped" were called to a "check" from the Federal Office of Circulation. In Swiss the annual circulation fees are calculated depending of HP. So it's illegal to "muscle" the car without a legal control and higher circulation fees! We are thinking that the company has delivered a list of client "under pressure" of police department.

Wait till its got real millage under its belt, you will see no ill effects for sum 60k miles if you are lucky!
But hey we wont go there! You pays your money etc etc etc.
Enjoy the tune but there is no subsitute for CUBES D4 3.0 HSE cameras,Hybrid TV, 20" alloys, heated wheel, privacy, Tow pack.
