Back to subject,

The purpose of this topic was just to give a idée to those not aware of the complexity of
the electronics in a D3/D4, and the easy way Whistle offered to resolve an issue.

That it is 8 years old or for the Russian market makes no difference.

I still seem to help more forum members with D3s than D4s. Indeed, I've yet to throw a serious spanner at my D4 so I think my D3 skills will remain to the fore for a while yet.
