Steering wheel shake
I have a steering wheel shake at 50-65mph, brakes seem fine and braking in a straight line. I have had the 105k service and reported it then, local dealer cleaned and adjusted rear brakes and handbrake as filthy and they thought this could be the cause. I have had a replacement nearside front caliper as it was sticking and assumed it was another caliper. Technician suspects my front diff is slightly noisy, but nothing else picked up on the service and had MOT yesterday with advisory on low rear tyres and front lower arm bushes slightly worn.
Anyone any ideas? I appreciate it is needle in a haystack type thing, but always worth an ask. Car is a 2007 auto with 66k on the clock. Going back to Land Rover on 22nd for EGR fault, and then I am driving out to Czech republic in it on 3rd May so would like to try and get it sorted out before then.
Any ideas/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Assuming tyre pressure are OK, you should check the wheel balancingDennis

Exacly the same symptoms as I've had with a binding caliper, next time check if any particular wheel is hot. Check carefully.

Wheel balancing is a good check, but have you also checked the tyre pressures when cold?Lee

I thought my front diff was noisy but turned out to be front wheel bearings. That could also result in wheel wobble, as could steering track rod ends (yes, just had those done too...).Andy C

I've had a 4 wheel alignment done today, what a difference! Might be worth putting on the list?

In my experience, you should never underestimate the value of having the correct tyre pressures in a D3.
Mine had recently dropped to 29....inflating to 36 as usual is like night and day in terms of driving it'06 TDV6 HSE, Java, Black Leather, Logic 7, Privacy, Steps

I have a similar issue, but it's intermittent, will be driving along fine, will start to shake a little, then a lot, then stop.
