What headlight bulbs?
With the night's starting to draw in, i'm doing more and more driving with the lights on.
This however, is showing the 1 real weakness with my car. The bulbs and light throw is terrible.
I had 50% better light bulbs in my old freelander and they gave superb light throw.
I have the auto adaptive bi-xenon headlights so looking for the best bulbs i can get to improve the light throw as it's currently about half what the freeby could do.
What do you have in yours and what do people recommend? In loving memory of FA54WSK.

The xenon bulbs really degrade with age, if you are still driving on 8 year old originals it must be like having candles!Land Rover - Turning Drivers into Mechanics Since 1948

I bought a pair of the Korean xenon bulbs from HID4U at £60 ISTR and they are superb and easy to change. http://www.hids4u.co.uk/D2S-Upgrade-Bulbs-...5000k.html Before the change the best description of the light output was grey. The Osram ones are prob better but at twice the price I thought it worth a punt on the cheaper ones, amont excellent punt it was too. I've also fitted a set of Philip X-treme +100% H7 bulbs in the high beams, £20 from amazon and well worth it in addition to the xenon upgrade.
Yeah, I didn't say they were cheap, out of stock too, might be worth giving Steve a ring at AF, he doesn't list them but I bet he can get them
Tesco direct sometimes sell them too.
Or follow DSL, I did contemplate the 6000k bulbs as I had a conversion kit in before I uprated the units that were 6000k, they were good too Altox GSM FBH controller thread

I think they could be the originals. They are shocking regardless.
Shall have a look around to see where i can get these bulbs from then.
Yet another thing to throw in the pile of upgrades and repairs it needs.. In loving memory of FA54WSK.

Just installed a pair of Osram cool blue intense tonight and they must be twice as bright as standard bulbs
Also upgraded the 'full beam' bulbs to 85w off road ones and they are really white and bright
