I have just read this thread as a relatively new user.
I am truly sorry to hear what happened to Hess.
I can't help but wish I could still purchase this product. Is there anyone with any left? Or any alternative. I have two cars I want to run it in......

Just been updating myself with what has been going on and absolutely gob smacked what has happened.
You done a great job in promoting a very good product in the UK and now sadly they have slammed the door on you.
My heart goes out for you mate. Do not let it put you down and no doubt you will find a another product that you can market with similatr results.
