Hess, that absolutely sucks like a Dyson and stinks like a Kipper that has been kept in the boot for 5 years.
You were not just doing a Damned fine job of selling the stuff, but overcame an absolutely huge level of skepticism and doubt with a level of self belief, sheer determination and effort, the likes of which alone have truly earned you a simply huge amount of respect and admiration on this board, regardless of the product.
I am quite sure that whatever they have planned, will in some way or another be capitalizing on all the hard work you have put in to promoting TSL and as such i strongly advise you to seek legal advice on this.
You truly deserve better.

I spoke to Hess, but they are setting up a new dealer which they plan to confirm next month. I think BBS Spy is right they are capitalising on Hess hard work. To do this without any discussion or even a thank you for all the hard work is just wrong.
The reason small companies become large companies is that they put the work in to build them up. If they end up going to a bigger company they will probably become one of many products and won't get the focus anymore. I suspect they will loose a lot of goodwill as a result of the way this has been done.

As someone who is still sat in the sceptics camp ...it was nevertheless clear to me that Hess was prepared to fight his corner and be proud of the product ...dedicated people do not deserve such treatment no hard feelings I hope and good luck with the next opportunity Hess 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

Yeah, I was very surprised when Countrywide wrote a private message to me
saying he contacted them in Holland asking about a dealer and where to order.
I can't say much at all, as all this shows publicly on Google, and I could get into trouble perhaps.
But I won't be dealing with them again, even if they done a complete turnaround.
I like to do things honest, fair and open and think that'll last the longest.
Just hope the next venture will be met with a similar attitude.
No hard feelings DG, just glad it all happened prior to paying £ 7.500 at Millbrook for MPG testing
and £ 600 on a tribological report from Intertek detailing test results on the friction reduction.
As I was near completing and giving the go-ahead for it.
So I would have the indisputable evidence that it did work

Same thing happened to me in the past with a Spanish supplier, so I know what it's like.
