I bit the bullet and took the car into Land Rover Colchester, they have said three out of the four sensors are duff. £432 first estimate, outstanding value
I will have to wait for a trip down to Bristol on Thursday to see if its successful.

...and a few random suspension warnings of 'suspension fault' that come and go - as before, also one that said not to go over 30mph. That went a way after a restart......
Oh, had one instance of hdc system unavailble/fault which went away.
could any of this be related to a random Dynamic Stability Control issue with front right wheel? with a occasional Bailey Unicorn Valencia tintent

It's possible,
Mine still ok, very happy. It may be worth letting Land Rover do a investigation
Only an idea. Hope you get it sorted before the weather changes
Good Luck

Hi
occassionally i get the following fault:
C1A20-64
does it mean i 100% require NEW Air compressor or i should look for other issues?
other registered faults i noted:
P0562-00
U0132-87
vehicle when parked for 2-3 days (unfortunately not on a leveled ground) sinks uniformly (i dont have the posibility to disconnect battery since its parked outside, so i cannot perform the usual test)..
cheers

Hi All
I have a d3 that needed a new compressor as the owner had been driving it with the warning light on for a long time due to compressor not pumping sufficient air in time..... any way the compressor burnt out and also 2 related fuses in the engine comp. fuse box.
I changed every thing and still have th elight on and suspension will not rise. I am using the LR IDS software and equipmant and the fault is the pressure switch, or no +ve to switch or short to grnd.
I changed the switch and still nothing happenend, however on taking the connector off and repluging all started working fine. I tested the suspension up and down and all was working fine, then i cleared the fault codes. All was well, until the next day i was driving and the light came on again.... i took off the connector and replaced it and all was fine again..... this has now happened and other six times and off course its unacceptable that i give this car to client in this state.... any one ever had a similar problem..... and what suggestions do you have?
Thanks for your attention.

Hi Folks,
'09 D3 - Came up yesterday, Suspension fault - - back-end (both sides) looking low after left for a night - around 2" drop - Start up, compressor kicks in, back to normal height (light still on dash) can raise and lower suspension to low and off road settings without issue.
Any thoughts please?!
ps. Only owned it a fortnight... Just got me a D3 Manual; I'm new to this Discovery Stuff!

Turns out one the tyres were a bit soft, causing the light to come on
Had a intermittent problem over a couple of months when I was going round right hand bend in the road amber warning light came on and it felt like traction control had kicked in applying brakes on O/S wheels checked tyre pressures which were 2 or 3 pounds down so hoping that's all it was
