hmmm, I am also having the same problem. All the info I look at on the forum always seems to point back to an injector fault of some sort.

So we all are getting to the stage of spending loads of money on new injectors. I've bought a second hand injector as I do know that my number 6 injector has a low reading which someone suggested would cause the others to over compensate hence having Unburnt fuel in the system. Is anyone near Abingdon who could help me fit my spare to see if it makes a difference ??

You will want to fit the injector into the cylinder with the highest reading...
The low readings are all trying to compensate for an injector overfuellingMy D3 Build Thread

The high reading is an injector overfilling, and is the one to be replaced.
You may well find that with a good injector in its place, the high reading will move to another cylinderMy D3 Build Thread

Injectors (Cylinders) 1-4 are easy enough. No6 is a bit fiddly, No5 was an on the last set I done.
Only real issue with them seizing in is if the copper washer has failed, and the carbon has worked its way up the side of the injector bodyMy D3 Build Thread

Has anyone made any progress on this? My fuel economy has gone from 28-30 to 23-25 and its getting on my nerves. I dont really want to put a set of injectors in it, so i s it worth doing the Low one and see what happens with the others??
Id also like to note that according to the description on the diagnostic screen above, it looks like the low one that is causing the issue. This is not what is explained in one of the posts above.
All injectors sit at 1000 once above idle. Im really confused with this.Im a mechanic and have Snap On Solus Ultra should anyone need help.
